Get 100 touches everyday. It doesn't matter if it's 100 dodges or 100 shots on a goal, just get 100 touches with your stick!

Did you know...?
🏑Field hockey sticks are made based on your height? Having the correct size stick will help develop your skills! There is an easy way to measure for your next field hockey stick! Place it toe side on the ground with the top of the handle against your hip. Lift the leg that is closest to the stick to about a 90 degree angle. The top of the stick should be in line with the crease of your hip (top of hip bone)! Here is a chart that can help you as well!🏑

Hello everyone!
I wanted to introduce myself and explain what Start Em Right Training is all about.
I am Coach Breckenridge. I have played field hockey and lacrosse at the collegiate level. I am very passionate about both sports and have always wanted to help train athletes to better their skills and knowledge of the game! Using my degree in Physical/Health Education, I can better tailor lessons and clinics towards each athletes development level.
I created Start Em Right to give more opportunities for female athletes to develop and enhance their skills in field hockey and lacrosse!
I can't wait to get started! 🏑🥍
