START EM RIGHT TRAINING
Growing up in the Central New York area, it was a struggle finding resources and opportunities to grow in field hockey and lacrosse. School districts struggle with providing these resources due to lack of funding, program imbalances, and overall inability to equally support all athletic programs they offer.
Through Start Em Right Training, I want to provide resources and opportunities for athletes to be successful and supported through their sports career!
About Coach Breckenridge
Both field hockey and lacrosse were my favorite sports to play growing up. I have played field hockey since 7th grade and lacrosse since 9th grade. Playing both in college was a goal since I started high school, which I achieved, earning many records at Utica College (now University). After starting coaching in my senior year of college, I have found coaching to be my biggest passion (besides my husband and children!). I wanted to bring that passion I have for both sports to other athletes in the Central New York area!
